Save Your Date
Why Booking Your Date Early Matters
Planning a wedding comes with a long list of decisions, but one of the most important steps often gets missed until it’s too late. Your wedding date needs to be booked early, especially when it comes to photography. Each year we turn down twice as many couples as we accept because their dates are already booked. It’s one of the most common and most preventable frustrations couples run into.
Avoid disappointment before it happens
Peak wedding seasons fill up fast. Once a date is taken, it’s gone. Even if you love our style and feel we’re the right fit, waiting too long can mean missing out. Securing your date early gives you peace of mind and protects you from last-minute stress.
Give your planning room to breathe
Once your date is locked in, everything else gets easier. You can build your timeline, choose your venue and coordinate with other vendors knowing the photography is set. A calm, well-planned day leads to relaxed portraits and real moments, which is exactly what we want to capture for you.
Set yourself up for the best experience
Early booking gives us time to guide you, plan with you and understand what matters most to you. When the details are settled ahead of time, you can be present on your day and we can focus fully on creating beautiful images that feel like you.
How to secure your date
Once your venue is confirmed, secure your date with us by covering the 35 percent deposit and signing our basic contract. Those two steps officially lock your date on our calendar. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of getting the exact date you want. And if you’re still choosing between a few dates, feel free to check in with us first so you know what’s still open before you decide.
If you wait, you risk losing the photographer you love
We’ve had many wonderful couples reach out only to find that their date was already taken. It never gets easier to say no. Booking early protects your vision and keeps your options open.
If you already have a date in mind, even tentatively, get in touch. We would love to make sure your wedding day has a place on our calendar.
